It is time for all good Realtors to come forth with their best efforts and if their best efforts are not good enough, well it is time to better those best efforts and get the job done.
It is time for winners to overcome and adapt to the situations and economic challenges. Those who fail to do so should not be allowed to wimp out and remain in the industry. The time has come to get tough and if you are tough, its time to roll.
No one said life was easy, no one said that this industry was a walk in the park. Oh sure, it was for a while, but any veteran real estate professional knows that there are cycles in the industry and its not always a walk to the picnic with cake and cookies that you can eat and keep too. All Realtors "MUST" rise to the occasion and there can be no more sniveling, complaining or excuses. The time is now and it is a new year, if you can't cut it, ditch the attitude, grab that license off the wall of yours and hit the highway.
No one should expect a free pass, you are going to have to work harder than ever before, you are going to have to deal with this for the long-haul. But, for those who have not gone thru it before, I guarantee you will emerge a true champion of the business. If you can make it when times are tough and the weather is harsh, well you can do just about anything you put your mind too. Consider this a test of will, and strength of character. Something to contemplate in 2008.
