I will bet you did not know there were bountiful uses for Keywords and Keyword Phrases. Well, as logic goes, keywords are a very positive thing to make use of as long as they are employed correctly. It is like a pistol. We all know the purpose and what it can do. But in the wrong hands, like a child, it can be very deadly. So how do Keywords become a dangerous force.
While Keywords are not truly dangerous for us, they can be for a website. If we were to overly make use of our Word or Key Phrase then it could be considered spam for our website and that could keep our site excluded in terms of Search Engines spidering the site.
In this example we will look at the Website Description. This is not a HTML tag but rather a Meta tag. These are particular tags that exist in the base code of the website. You will not see this code on the homepage but the Search Engines will.
Chances are rather high that you have seen Meta tag information as it relates to Descriptions. Conduct a Google search on anything. The sites that show up have a "Description" that gives us a brief report of the site. It is that html code that we will be manipulating with in this helpful guide.
Did you take note from your Google search engine result page that some text was bolded? Was that the text that you searched for? Well that was possibly the Keywords as defined by the website.
So we must now assess our Meta Description and perhaps modify ours with our Key Phrase. Remember do not overly make use of the phrase. I know I sound like I am beating this spamming thing to death but trust me getting barred in this manner might not be a big thing.
Stay tuned for all of my examples and I will show in a detailed manner how I came from the hugeness of the Internet to the Top ten for my Keyword Phrase. You may also visit my website where my examples here include images to describe the alterations that I have performed.
